In this one-hour class, participants will learn about the benefits and use of prenatal yoga—stretching, breathing, and active movement—during their pregnancy and labor. Other tools to prepare and enhance the childbirth experience will also be presented. This session will be fun, lively, and focused on empowering women for labor and beyond. A segment of the class will include exercises that are appropriate for women at all stages of pregnancy, from conception through contraction. Come ready to move and connect!
